Dylan Skelhorn joined a group of Ashe staff at one of our sites to discuss the importance of safety and how it’s affected his own life. This moving talk helped to share a crucial message with our team and we recorded the presentation to spread Dylan’s experience further.
We work with Construction Training Group Beds and Herts* to deliver high quality training to our staff and supply chain. This partnership is continuing with the release of a suite of online training courses specific to the construction industry.
We have found that equivalent high quality on-line training offers significant advantages compared to traditional classroom training, not just in terms of cost, but also in respect of disruption to site activities.
The course range from topics that are mandatory across all relevant Ashe sites such as Asbestos Awareness & Refreshers (UKATA) to Abrasive Wheels, Manual Handling and Working at Height (ROSPA).
